About Urban Hair Urban Hair is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Our mailing address is Magnus Ladulåsgatan 32D, 118 61 Stockholm. If you wish to get in touch with us, please send an email to info@urbanhair.se with your inquiry and contact details. We will respond as soon as possible. Orders Once your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details regarding the products, pricing, billing and shipping addresses. If there is any discrepancy in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately at info@urbanhair.se. Delivery Our standard delivery time is 1–4 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday. If your delivery is delayed (and we have not notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at info@urbanhair.se. Prices All prices are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or inaccuracies in pricing due to incorrect information. Right of Withdrawal When purchasing products through our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. The right of withdrawal applies to our entire product range except for hair accessories, due to hygiene reasons.
